My stay at Lolo Hot Springs wasn’t what I expected. While the cabin was small but nice, the check-in process was chaotic, and the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. The hot springs facilities were outdated, and the dining experience was frustratingly slow. It felt like the place could use serious organization and better management.

I've had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On one hand, the pools were fantastic, and we had a wonderful time playing with all the pool toys. The hot pool, fed by natural springs, was an amazing feature. However, I went through a lot of stress dealing with their customer service regarding a reservation issue, which really put a damper on things. Overall, it was a good experience, but I wish the service had been more reliable.
